Will the funds be available?

I'm reasonably sure this question has been asked and answered ad nauseam on this forum but not by me, so. My 6 month treasury at VG matures 1/26.2023. If I purchase a new issue at auction with a settlement date of1/26/2023 will the funds from the matured bill be available for the new purchase?
