Do you mean an actual separate forum, like "tiaaforum.org"? Or just a separate category at Bogleheads? Why would it be any better than Morningstar? Or is it the Morningstar software you're objecting to? In any case if we had a TIAA forum, we'd have to have a Fidelity forum, and a TRP forum, and...

I think I agree with the previous points. You could not have a separate section of the BH forum for TIAA. You would then need dozens of separate sections. And, starting a separate forum would be unlikely to produce anything different than morningstar is now. unless someone wanted to dedicate themselves to make it so.

You are right. Bogleheads is a philosophy, of sorts. It does not need to refer to a particular vendor. And if we had a forum for each vendor the philosophy might be diluted.
The new Morningstar software is not very good IMO. Practically any TIAA related post that refers to that forum is probably broken now

Sorry, we won't be adding a new forum for the following reasons:
- It's important to avoid vendor (fund provider) specific forums for the reasons stated by Katietsu and dknightd.
- Additional resources are needed to moderate a new forum, which are significant
- Questions often span more than one forum - even at a high level. Mixing personal finance and investments, for example. Adding a fund provider forum will create further confusion when one's portfolio contains TIAA and several other providers.
- It's important to avoid vendor (fund provider) specific forums for the reasons stated by Katietsu and dknightd.
- Additional resources are needed to moderate a new forum, which are significant
- Questions often span more than one forum - even at a high level. Mixing personal finance and investments, for example. Adding a fund provider forum will create further confusion when one's portfolio contains TIAA and several other providers.

About the only truly unique aspect of TIAA is its annuities like TIAA Traditional, and those have been covered well in existing threads.
