I have in the past, but it's been years. Thanks! I wasn't impressed with what I purchased (unbranded - bulk) at a local market.

100% spelt bread (or spelt/rye) if you'd like to avoid wheat. I've tried various recipes; this one (with modifications) works reliably and is easy.
