The topic is Estate Planning Basics - Setting Up Your Estate Plans and will cover all the key components of putting together your estate plans. This meeting is appropriate for all Bogleheads in all life stages.
Our guest is Summerfield Baldwin, an estate planning attorney with 30 years experience in estate planning, wills & trusts, supplemental needs trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives & living wills, estate administration, elder care planning, and guardianships. He has also served as trustee of various trusts, and guardian for elderly, incapacitated, and mentally ill persons.
This is Part I of a Two-Part series with Summerfield. Part II will focus on Elder Care and "Things you wish you knew about taking care of aging parents." (The date for the Part II presentation has not been set.)
