Transamerica Login Issue

Having issues trying to log in to our annuity account at Transamerica for my quarterly update of our asset positions. Getting the following message:

The information you provided couldn't be validated. Please try your user name and password again.

I did not make an error on the username or password. Just wondering if they are having a hopefully transitory IT issue or if I actually need to contact them to find out what is going on.

It's not working for me either. It's the start of a new quarter, so I'd just wait until tomorrow and see if it clears up. sigh.

I have had this problem repeatedly for several months.

I had a retirement account at Transamerica for 12+ years and it was always a moment of triumph if I could log in first try with no problems. I was really glad when my former employer moved everything to Fidelity. My advice is try again tomorrow. That was kind of my mantra at TA.

Sometimes vanguard requires two factor authentication to log in.

Maybe this is the issue. I'd get on the phone with Transamerica.
