Looking for local (NYC) fee-for-service/under $1M portfolio

71 yo female, very low living expenses, taking SS ($2200 mo) and have $500,000 split between VG funds and $100K in TIAA Guaranteed.
I've contacted a few advisors/CFA/for retirees but they are disinterested in my portfolio ($500,000).
Any rec's for a local (would love in-person but I gather that is hard to find currently) fee-for-service individual who won't scoff at my portfolio? Ideally looking for a combo of tax advice for appropriate yearly drawdown/how to schedule withdrawals from which account/actual tax return help. Someone who can examine my whole picture and give some solid practical advice that I can then follow on my own.
I hate random calling/emailing companies and basically asking will you help with my half/million portfolio only for them to gently say nope.
Any ideas? Direct rec's/referrals?

I met one of the principals from HFH Planning a number of years ago as part of some professional 'networking' I was involved in. When I saw OP's post I tried to recall the individual's name and found the link below so figured I would post.

I can't really vouch for the firm, though my one (and only) meeting with them was neutral to positive - again, it was an informal networking meeting and not really to conduct due diligence or similar.

The website seems to indicate that the firm could be a fit for OP in that I think they charge on an hourly fee basis, accept accounts of all sizes, offer a variety of services and seemingly offer in-person meetings (given they provide a physical location).
