I recently discovered a variety of exercise classes online, both live and videos. If you haven't tried them yet and want to, go to the Silver Sneakers website and login if you have a membership. You will find a wide variety of programs. The instructors are excellent. It is nice to save the drive time to the gym and it makes it really easy to find classes from 15 minutes to 45 minutes, and they have beginner to advanced - yoga, dance, weight training, stretch, pilates, etc. I like the 45 minute class with weights and the traditional Silver Sneakers Circuit that has lots of core, stretching and balance. The instructors are from all walks of life, a variety of ages, male and female and different personalities. You can do the classes in a small area of your home. Let us know what you think.
