Not bad, almost worth it to avoid the "re-subscribe" every 72 hours from the local library that lets me read it for free.

At $24/year and the floor being $0, when does "not bad" become "good"?

Some would say when it's any newspaper other than the Wall Street Journal.

True, but I was asking someone who re-subscribes every 72 hours to read the WSJ.

In reality, would need to be closer to $0 than $24. Here is the thing, I would get used to not re-upping my free sub and then it would be a takeaway after the year :)

Better to stick with how things are, only takes a few seconds every few days.

This is a good deal. Not worth the hassle to me of dealing with something to save a few pennies.

OP: good find. Thanks.

Very interesting. Anyone know if it’s easy to cancel before the expiration?

If I already have a more expensive subscription, is it possible to take advantage of this bargain of $2/month? Any recommendations or tips?

I was able to go into my account, click the link for 'cancel subscription' which give options to keep subscription but at lower rate (I did go through the link that the OP posted - not sure if that makes a difference) - I was able to change my subscription to one of the lower cyber week rates.

Thanks for the tip - was able to renew my subscription at $4/month for the next 12 months - much appreciated!
