We are headed down to Cabo in mid-June with several families. The boys want to go out fishing. We'd need a boat that holds around 8. I'd prefer an english speaking captain, but not mandatory. Any recommendations?
We are also interested in doing some surf fishing from the shore. It would be a first time for all of us, so we'd need a guide that can provide gear. Has anyone done this before near Cabo?
Any info you can provide would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!
Cabo in June - fishing recommendations??
Re: Cabo in June - fishing recommendations??
No recommendation for a group of 8, but we've had good luck using Fishing Booker for our various trips with groups of 4.

Plenty of daily boats with captains that can probably fulfill your reeds down in the harbor. Don’t know a specific company but several years ago we had a boat with 4 crew for the 3 of us (kid and 2 parents) that took us out from harbor for 6 hours for a ,ox of fishing and whale watching for about 600 + tip. We were done after four hours and just wanted to get back in.

If you're staying in a resort, I would see if they have any recommendations. Similarly if your using a STR, ask the host. Often these folks have personal recommendations that they trust for their guests because they know all too well if it goes bad it shows up in the review for their property.
