My total out-of-pocket costs this year will be about $500/month or $6,000 year. That includes traditional Medicare parts A and B; Medicare supplemental insurance ("Medigap"); and Medicare part D (prescription drug plan). Same for my spouse.
Annual income twenty pounds, annual expenditure nineteen nineteen and six, result happiness; Annual income twenty pounds, annual expenditure twenty pounds ought and six, result misery.

No IRMAA? You don't get free Part A ?
