AXA-Equitable Settlement

I received a letter in the mail today describing a settlement involving EQUI-VEST accounts. I invested with them prior to moving to Vanguard. If you invested in EQUI-VEST contracts between 1/1/16 and 7/18/22, it sounds like you should receive a settlement check. Amounts are unclear at this time.

We received a check today from the EQUI-VEST Fair Fund.
