For the past few weeks I keep getting the following message when connecting to this site:
The connection to www.bogleheads.org is not secure

Why is bogleheads.org "not secure"? [HTTPS issue]
Re: Why is bogleheads.org "not secure"?
The site supports HTTPS and is at https://bogleheads.org. http://bogleheads.org is plain HTTP but redirects to the HTTPS site. I'm guessing it's a combination of your bookmark, address bar history, or however you're going to the site still pointing to the HTTP version, and some feature in recent Chrome reflecting Google's increasingly aggressive efforts to phase out non-HTTPS protocols.

You should probably rule out user error and some sort of attack. One can have a lot of fun with SSL certificates.
