Wash Sale Rule

Post by brak »

I plan to sell Vanguard FTSE Developed Markets (VEA) at a loss for tax harvesting purposes. Which of the following funds/ETF's can I invest in without waiting 30 days?: 1. iShares Edge MSCI Min Vol (ACWV); 2. iShares Core MSCI EAFE (IEFA); 3. Schwab Fundamental International(FNDF); 4.Vanguard FTSE all-World Small Cap (VSS); 5. iShares Core MSCI Emerging Markets (IEMG); 6. Schwab Fundamental Emerging Markets (FNDE).
Thank you.

I would say any of them should be fine for worrying about a wash sale. Is there a reason you would be worried about any of them and why?
