Incorrect Balance on Vanguard Account

I logged in this morning and saw that one of my account is -$3+ million due to short position :shock:

Called Vanguard and was answered in less than a minute (another shock after reading all the negative customer service review on this forum) :shock: Long story short I was informed I'm not the only one having this issue and will be fix (no specific time frame).

Looking at account balance is will be my next hobby :D

One would assume that when 3 millions are involved telephone wait time gets very short...

True, totally agree with you. Original amount nowhere near 3 million. Big surprise when it turned negative 3 million though :oops:
