does the cx9 have the blind spot monitor in the head up display in the 2019 model?
My wife has a 2016 (current generation) Mazda CX-9.

She said the blind spot monitor does show up in her heads up display.

Be a contrarian....get the CX-9. You'll avoid the Honda/Toyota premium and still get a great and reliable car that doesn't drive like a refrigerator.

Hey - our CRV does not ride like a refrigerator! More like a smooth horse and buggy really.

My '13 MX-5 has absolutely no blind spots, with the top down that is. That may a few yrs. off for the OP though. We had an '04(leased) and and '08 Pilot that lasted us over 170k mi. until my wife downsized. The VTEC is an excellent engine but other parts started nickel and dime us. I believe the Japanese cars made in the mid/late 90's-early 2000's were better made vehicles than 2008-10 on. Hyundai/Kia may be reliable cars but not sure about depreciation and resale value.

Going through the same decision process myself now (15 year old Pilot) and have eliminated the Ascent and Pilot but am looking hard at the Telluride/Palisade. Other than them "not being a Toyota/Honda/Subaru" they seem to be much nicer vehicles for the money from what I have seen in my limited research thus far.
