Looking for feedback on my investment portfolios

TAXABLE
(total us) ITOT - 20%
QQQ - 25%
BRKB - 10%
(emerging markets) SPEM - 15%
(developed world) SPDW - 10%
(small cap) SPSM - 20%

ROTH
85% total US
15% total int

I would like to know your thoughts/opinions/anything! Thank you

It appears you're over-weighting Tech and Small Cap. Why?
My advice would be to sell the red funds above and put the proceeds into ITOT, presuming this won't create too much in the way of capital gains. Can you tell how much "unrealized capital gain (or loss)" you have?

Do you have access for more tax efficient accounts such as 401 or 403 & 457. If so consider contributing to them first before investing in taxable account. Make sure if circumstances allow contribute to HSA.

Acwv seems to be quite tax efficient, infact more than vxus
