Any sense from sources that Vanguard will be lowering the expense ratios of LifeStrategy funds?

This is a very thoughtful and interesting post - in the past you had transitioned from 100/0 to I believe a 25/4 portfolio.
Are you now all in a balanced ETF in all accounts?
And is this only available in Canada ?
