Anyone in the land department in oil and gas? What is your backup plan?

Our commissions just got slashed by 15% and they are already hard to obtain. 2020 looks like it’s going to be rough. I’m looking at my resume but having a hard time figuring out what other industries use land skills that pay as much? If you’re in a similar situation, what is your backup plan?
