Difference between the two total foreign index funds at fidelity
Fidelity® International Index Fund (FSPSX) - ER 0.045%
Fidelity® Total International Index (FTIHX) - ER 0.06%
The Bogleheads wiki shows that FTIHX is comparable to the vanguard VTIAX - total international stock index.
Is there a significant difference in the two fidelity funds above other than the ER? I ask because I have both in my IRA due to some rollovers...was thinking of consolidating into one or the other.

Re: Fidelity Foreign Index(s)
FSPSX is missing the emerging markets component of international. EM makes up about 20% of non-US markets. I would use the complete fund myself, just as I use a total US fund rather than an S&P 500 fund.
Re: Fidelity Foreign Index(s)
I agree - total fund is the way to go
