Citi sign on

Post by Pocanutin » Wed Mar 06, 2019 2:35 pm

Is anyone else having trouble signing into their Citi credit card account. I have been unable to get to my account for at least 3 days.

Thank you.

I did over the weekend. I had to hit RELOAD a few times. I suspect they're fending off an attack.

I had issues accessing my citi account for about 30 mins.

Coincidentally- Capital one 360 website and app was down for about 8hours yesterday...

Try private mode in browser or another browser. That has solved similar issues for me in past with Citi.

Thanks...yes I just went to citi.com, signed in, and all I get is the whirling semicircle on a completely blank page...When I reload that page, I get a message that indicates technical problems.

Quite a puzzle.

Sounds like it's time to remove the citi.com cookies from your browser cache.

Not many issues signing in... my biggest annoyance is that it keeps prompting me to view an annual summary. EVERY SINGLE TIME that I log in. Has been doing that for what seems like a couple months.
