VFIAX and IJR. IJH tripped the 2.5% down “buy signal” for me about 5 minutes or so before the close but I had my hands full with babies so I decided to let it ride. Tomorrow’s coming soon.
So 2.5% in one day is a buy but 10% over 10 days steady isn’t?
Good point. This is me satisfying the urge to do something instead of just standing there.

LOL! Seems like it would be difficult to lose that particular item.

Lunch, also consolidated some peripheral holdings like VGK into VXUS. I am pretty fully invested right now but I might scrape together a few shares worth of VWO if the current trend lasts another week.

VIPSX & VTIP, inflation protected bond funds. I hadn't moved any of the proceeds from my last rebalancing transactions from the settlement accounts into bond funds yet. I'd procrastinated finishing the job for too long. :P

I was looking to reduce my international so today I sold some VTIAX and took the TLH and added the same amount to my US allocation VTSAX so in reality I did nothing other than adjust my AA on the equity side

Unless you are adjusting your AA....you sit and wait and hope for a turn around. If this Market continues its downside spiral at some point I will buy if there is a 20% correction. Any comments?

Nothing. I had gotten out and been on the sidelines for about 45 days and put 1/2 back in on Oct 4 when the DJIA was down about 300 pts and the rest in on Oct 5 when it was down another 300 pts. Who would have guessed?

S&P 500 index is down 7.2% from its all time high.

That change is what matters, not day-to-day changes.

Yep - I already had EmergenC packets! I have also tried Zinc in the past and it seemed to make things worse. It's probably all random.

very modest buys of Balanced Index in my TIRA and Value Index in my wife's Roth. A series of really bad days are sometimes a modest buy for me as long as I stay within my modest equity allocation band.
