Happy Birthday Taylor! Thanks to your guidance and teachings I have simplified my portfolio to 2 funds and it was been a tremendous relief. Absolutely love the simplicity.

Thank you for all you do and I also really enjoyed reading the Boglehead's Guide to Investing.

Happy birthday Taylor!

And a gleeful brag for being one of the very lucky South Florida bogleheads that got to serenade Taylor 'live' with a birthday song and a cupcake (well Miriam brought the cupcake) last weekend at our meeting. Not THAT was worth the price of admission :D

Happy Birthday, Taylor. I have not had the pleasure of meeting you in person, but your wise counsel has made a substantial difference in my life and countless others. Thank you, too, for being a continual model of decorum online.

All the best to you on your special day, and Cheers! :sharebeer

Happy Birthday, Taylor!

Since switching to a Vanguard three-fund portfolio on your advice last year I have been extremely pleased with the ease of management and the flexibility it allows. Just yesterday I made a significant withdrawal from my taxable account and easily rebalanced in my 401K the same day in a span of a few short minutes.

Each day brings a new reason to be thankful I have a three-fund. Cheers!

Happy Birthday Wishes Taylor!

Looking forward to the release of your new book this spring, "The Bogleheads' Guide to the Three-Fund Portfolio: How a Simple Portfolio of Three Total Market Index Funds Outperforms Most Investors with Less Risk."

Also got even closer to my own three fund portfolio today, by closing out a legacy holding.

Best wishes to you and all the Bogleheads in the year ahead!

Happy Birthday, Taylor!

Thanks to the 3 fund formula and this forum, DW and I each opened Vanguard ROTH a few years ago and Max contribute to each annually. VTI to mine and VXUS to DW (She was born overseas) My 401k holds the bonds within our AA which is not quite at 1/3 each but the portfolio essentially comprises of the Total U.S. Market, Total Ex-U.S.Market, Total Bonds Market and Cash.

Happy Birthday, Taylor. Hard to believe, it seemed just like last month when you had your last birthday. Treat yourself, you deserve it. If offered a choice of desserts, just say YES! Have that extra slice of pie and that extra scoop of ice cream.
A fool and his money are good for business.
