New Record?

Post by Taylor Larimore » Thu Jan 04, 2018 10:32 pm

Bogleheads:
"2036 new posts and replies over 335 topics in last day"
This may be a new record confirming that we are probably the largest and most active financial forum on the internet!

Thank you, Bogleheads!

Best wishes for a Happy New Year!

Taylor

New Record? [number of posts in a day]

Post by Taylor Larimore » Thu Jan 04, 2018 10:42 pm

Bogleheads:

I went to bogleheads.org and was amazed to see we had "2036 new posts -- in last day."

This is the first time I've seen us go over 2,000 posts in 24 hours.

This is a remarkable figure and confirms that we are undoubtedly the largest and most active financial forum on the internet! And we are non-commercial, too!

Thank you everyone, and Happy New Year!

Best wishes.

But you cheated! You have two separate posts/threads labeled "New Record". I'll bet you counted both of them. Talk about padding the stats!

;-)

More seriously, congratulations and thanks to the site admins and moderators. This site has helped me personally.

And the funny part is, despite the quantity, the forum is all about quality, largely due to the efforts of the moderators and community members.
