Avoiding US estate taxes with synthetic ETFs?

As a non-us investor, I know it's possible to reduce withholding taxes when I invest in an Ireland domiciled ETF but what about estate taxes? Does investing in Ireland domiciled synthetic ETFs avoid US estate taxes?

You don't incur US or Irish estate tax on any Irish ETF, synthetic or not.
