Has anyone found a global small cap value and an emerging markets value ETF or fund on European/London exchanges?

If so, which funds/ETFs? thanks

This is what I've found so far:
iShares EM Value IE00BG0SKF03 (EMVL)

For EM "value" I have looked at both of the following. Neither are strictly 'value' but they both focus on higher yielding shares which is an approximation of the same thing.

Invesco FTSE Emerging Market High Dividend Low Volatility UCITS ETF (IE00BYYXBF44) (OCF: 0.49%)

This one has meaningfully lower exposure to China, tech and financials than the plain Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets ETF, but consequently a high exposure to Russia, basic materials and utilities which may or may not appeal.

WisdomTree Emerging Markets SmallCap Dividend UCITS ETF (IE00BQZJBM26) (OCF: 0.54%)

This one is still very heavy on Asia but is more diverse in terms of sector allocations than some of the Vanguard fund, which is dominated by Chinese tech and financials (neither of which appeal greatly to me).

Thanks for posting.

In the mean time I've also found SPDR US small cap value ZPRV.

The WisdomTree Emerging Markets SmallCap Dividend UCITS ETF is 26% Taiwan.

The iShares ISP6 USA isn't value, correct?

Thanks for sharing. Do you think those are better options than iShares EM Value IE00BG0SKF03 (EMVL) ? if so, why?

Don't have anything against the iShares fund (EMVL) and the 0.4% TER is very competitive for an emerging market fund. My only hesitation is that it's a very new fund (less than 6 months old) and I tend to go for funds which gave at least 3 years of performance data so I can see how they track their benchmark. Shouldn't be a deal breaker if you're comfortable with the lack of track record.
