Portfolio X-Ray thru TR Price - Problems?

Post by Prokofiev » Mon Jun 14, 2010 10:10 pm

I access the M* Portfolio X-Ray tool thru the TR Price website (free) and have noticed that it is now showing $0 prices for all ETFs. Sometimes this only occurs late nite or weekends, but lately it is all day. Mutual funds and stocks have valid prices, but ETFs all show as $0 price and therefore $0 balance. This obviously makes the tool useless.

Is it just me or are others having this problem? I would call TR Price or Morningstar but I am not a client of either.

Any thoughts?

I added ETFs to my portfolio in the past month or so, and the issue with balances has been there since I added them; so much so that I switched back to using M*'s portfolio tracker.

I have the same problem for the past few days with those ETF prices.

Thanks for the info. At least it is not just me having problems.

I notice it is still broken today, during market hours.
