Medicare A and B with Aetna Direct. Since then--many years--have paid zero out of pocket for A/B services since Direct is the secondary. Whether the Medicare/FEHB combo is financially worth it is an individual situation thing in my opinion and has been discussed often in other threads.
Never an issue so far with providers accepting it. No issues with pre-authorizations, which if needed, are extremely quick.
