IRMAA, SSA-44 and wedding

Please don't laugh at me for asking this but can the daughter's wedding be considered a 'life changing event' for the purpose of IRMAA reduction or is it only for personal wedding? Definitely much more money was spent for her than mine. The SSA-44 instructions only mention wedding but not about whose wedding

The SSA-44 instructions p.5, linked below, state “you entered into a marriage” as the life changing event. So a child’s marriage doesn’t sound like it qualifies.
