Anybody ever lock themselves out of their online account and have to call the 800 #? Happened to me this morning and after 35 minutes on hold I picked up my other phone and tried a few different 800 #s until I reach a person (relatively quickly). Unfortunately they were not able to help and tried to transfer me to the same area I was already on hold with (on my other phone). He said they were (obviously) experiencing heavy call volume and I should just try again later.
I wanted a few hours and tried again, and I'm currently at 30 minutes of hold time.
Is this normal for them, or is something clearly going on today causing delays?
