Hey BHers,
I run payroll for my S-Corp every month and at the end of the year I re-imburse myself for all the Health Insurance Premiums paid by me personally from the S-Corp and report it to the payroll company so that it shows up in the year end W-2 form as a non-FICA compensation.
Can this SEHI compensation be used for After-Tax 401k contribution (later distributed from the plan to do a Megabackdoor roth)? If so, any other gotchas I need to be aware of?
Thanks.
Can S-Corp W-2 SEHI be used for After Tax 401k contributions?
