Why have jumbo mortgage rates dropped today?

Bankrate.com (and CNBC) show a sudden drop in jumbo mortgage rates.
I see 3.17% for a jumbo 30-year, and 2.75% for a jumbo 15-year.
This is odd, since a few days ago it was almost a whole percent higher. This is about the same as a conforming loan.
I don't see that the overall yield curve has flattened.

Bankrate shows (just now) for jumbos at 30-year/15-year = 3.25%/2.69%.

I'm seeing 3.25% no points $2500 lender credit for 30yr fixed jumbos today. I'm currently at 3.625% so not yet interesting me much better they are coming down.
