DW has been unemployed since September 2019. Her UI benefits will end in April. Is she eligible to extend her UI benefits under the new $2T stimulus bill to fight coronavirus? If so, any idea how to apply for an extension and the amount of the benefit?
Contact your local state unemployment office that issues the current benefit. There could be procedures and practices variations between states.

The stimulus bill has not yet been passed by both houses and signed by the President, therefore it is off topic here.
