Anyone used a "virtual" tax professional?

Post by doss » Thu Mar 26, 2020 11:25 am

Hi all,
Is there an online service that will take your tax documents and work and file your taxes for you? I don't want to use Turbo Tax this year (or any software).

Recently I applied for a mortgage and the process was relatively painless -- I simply was given a link to a web form where I could fill out personal information and upload all my documents. I am wondering if there was something like this for tax filing.

I just did a Google search and I see that some tax companies (Liberty tax) is offerning virtual tax services.

Was wondering if anyone has used a service such as this? If so, any tips on good service providers?
