[Moved into a new thread from: form 709 and gift splitting?? --admin LadyGeek]

A related question. I have an account under my name which holds 401(k), RSU, ESPP, and T-bills. If I give RSU, more than $15k, but up to $30k, do I have to file form 709? Married, in CA, a community property state.
