2019 Turbo Tax savings

Post by 3504PIR » Thu Jan 10, 2019 1:25 pm

I wasn’t able to secure a “$20 off” turbo tax deal last year which in previous years I’d gotten through fidelity. Today I received my first discount offer on turbo tax and thought it might be helpful to to have a thread where we can post the discounts we are offered so when it comes time to purchase we can all see where we might find a deal.

- Penfed, up to $20 off turbo tax for 2019. I received the offer via email and I have a Penfed account.

Actually, most of those "$20 off" offers aren't a discount, because you can buy TurboTax other places (Amazon, Costco) for the same or less.

Some of us paid $29.99 the last week of December ($39.99 plus $10 gift card).

Use Citi Price Rewind, buy from Amazon (see Amazon link at top of page), and ensure the lowest price for 60 days.

There are several TurboTax threads already including this one viewtopic.php?t=234523

Op, do you actually mean 2018 TurboTax that you can download to do the taxes generally due April 15, 2019? Or do you really mean 2019 TurboTax for April 15, 2020 and are getting an early start on the topic?

If the former, see the other thread. If the latter, see the other thread lol.
