Our small physicians group has a profit sharing plan that is fully funded every year. The plans are self-directed and I was told to setup a plan as I now qualify for profit sharing. I was sent the SPD and that is it. I have Schwab and Vanguard accounts and would prefer to use them, if possible, but I chatted with a Schwab agent and she was confused about if they are allowing new accounts for profit sharing at this point. I found one mention of profit sharing on Vanguard's website, but the link isn't working. Some of my coworkers use a local bank, but that seems kind of mom-and-pop and I'm not sure they offer low fee index funds and no fee trades, good online resources, etc. Does anyone have suggestions for any other companies I can use?
