Mortgage Amortization Tools

Post by raamakoti »

I was wondering if fellow BH can tell me what kind of software Apps or tools they used to run various mortgage payoff scenarios.
I used couple of iPhone apps but data entry is bit cumbersome.
I used excel at work. But they do not work well on my Mac.
Also their projections and graphs were not that great. Found couple of online websites but they have their own limitations.
I would appreciate your help

https://www.mortgage101.com/mortgage-calculators

This site has a number of mortgage calculators.

Extra payments, ARM Loan, Amortization. I'm not sure if any fit your specific need.

I use Tvalue amortization software, but it cost about $150.

How does it work? I can't get it to accept inputs.
