I live in the middle of western NC moonshine country, and I can tell you that there are a lot of trailers out in the countryside, and more than just a few are used as meth labs.

If I am not mistaken unless you get the fixed affidavit the two halves are registered as a motor home, which I think can be depreciated. Other wise when fixed it is just real estate land and home combined.
