Nice / Simple Single Serve Pour Over Coffee set up?
I'm considering switching to pour over for my coffee -- will be making 2-4 single servings a day so would like to streamline the process - reduce cleaning. What would you recommend for a kettle and pour over system? Would like something that is decent quality with a nice design. Thanks in advance.

To keep things simple, I would use a paperless carafe and a gooseneck kettle with a thermometer. See attached.

I have several different pour-over devices that all work great. The simplest for smaller volumes is the Hario V60 cone which I pair with their V60 glass carafe. For kettles, Hario makes a great stovetop one, although I mostly use my Stagg EKG electric kettle with temperature control. I really like a kettle with temperature control not so much because I'm really picky about choosing a specific temperature, but because I can start it boiling, then it holds that temperature until I get around to actually making the coffee.

If you want simplicity and little clean up just get a Melitta pour over coffee cone ($10) and #2 filters. Brew directly into cup/mug of your choice. Any teakettle will do to boil the water. Nothing else needed for a perfect cup of coffee.
Nobody knows nothing.

I recommend Bonmac over the Hario. For the Hario, you need to pour correctly in a circular motion. Bonmac will work fine even if do you do not pour in the circular motion.
As for electric Ketlle, get one with the gooseneck and temperature control. I do not have one to recommend.
