Why did I receive an Economic Impact Payment Card this time

I received a check in the mail the first time. This ridiculous card just came in the mail. I don't want to sign up for an account, gimme me a break.
Just send me a check again. You cannot convince me that this process is more efficient and thus effective for me the user and the provider (the gov).

Anyone have workarounds?
