Appropriate TIP for Large(r) Instacart/BJs order
How much is an appropriate TIP for a large BJs/Instacart order, with approximately 45 items, total cost $500. The person spent an hour and a half shopping, and sent me a pic of a loaded cart

So, I concluded with a $20 tip online with my order and an additional $10 in cash on my door in an envelope.
About 8 boxes at my door, driven about 10 miles.
I hope the delivery person thinks it is appropriate, I presume Instacart/BJs pays them labor and mileage?
I acquired a bunch of fivers from the bank, so I can stack them up for tips for home delivery.
dw purchased a few Walmart gift cards for people that show up with kids in tow, or for someone who is exceptional.
