Tools for On-Line Auto Troubleshooting?

Post by bhwabeck3533 » Mon Jun 29, 2020 9:28 am

I have owned and driven a 2015 Nissan Frontier for almost three years. Up til a week ago, the vehicle has performed flawlessly. It still drives great...but, there is now an annoying "chiming" or "twanging" sound when making a right-hand turn. The local Nissan dealer had it for a day in their service department. After lots of looking and diagnostics, the source of the noise was not identified. I made a short video which includes the sound. Anyone aware of a website where I can post the video and receive feedback on my problem?

Find a forum that is active for your model. For my nissan that was nicoclub but there may be others that are better for you.

There may be a Facebook group for your specific model.

Youtube is great for exactly this. You may not get a lot of replies for your specific upload, but can search for similar diagnoses and a plethora of DIY guides for fixes.
