H&R Block tax software is on sale at Amazon. Amazon.com: H&R Block Tax Software Deluxe + State 2018 with 5% Refund Bonus Offer ($18.00)

Based on past experience, this is the lowest price you can find. Further discussion is at: H&R Block 2018 Tax Software Deluxe Federal + State $29.95
Thanks for the heads-up.

I've spent a little more than some here, a lot less than others. Upgrading computer. Just using mail order, no way am I going out to the mall/Walmart/Target.

Anyone seen a sale for Turbotax Premier? Doesn't seem to be on sale either on Amazon or the Turbotax.

I had to run out early this morning for work and while I was out, I stopped in a Gamestop for the $199 Playstation 4 bundle, but of course they were sold out. I was told that the Target across the street had them in stock, so I went over to see just how crazy it was,

Surprisingly, the parking lot wasn't bad at all, so I ventured in and headed to the electronics department. There was one employee there and only a handful of customers, but she was clearly overwhelmed by something and looked like she was on the verge of walking out of the place. I tracked down a few other employees in hopes of getting some help, but nobody seemed to know anything / had the time to help me, so I walked out empty-handed.

I don't have the patience to deal with that level of incompetence and lack of customer service, so I'll just wait until I can pick it up on Amazon for the discounted price.

I've been busy. Just replaced the following:
26 year old Whirlpool washer with another Whirlpool washer (Lowes - Mastercard 2% back)
11 year old Dyson vacuum with another Dyson vac (Dyson.com)
5 year old BF Goodrich tires with same (Sam's - Visa 5% back)

I had needs on all & am happy with the value I got. :)
Too soon old, too late smart.

Just bought Hulu limited commercials - $12 for a year.
B&D Dust Buster -- mine has a dead battery
Some nice chopsticks on sale
For Saturday I bought from Peg an Awl a Very large desk caddy organizer (recycled distressed wood -
made in Philadelphia) on sale at a reasonable price.

Most of my tech stuff I bought on Prime Day.

Roku Ultimate (4K, HDR) is half price, $49.99, at Amazon and at Roku. I ordered one. My previous Roku is old and runs a bit sluggish.
Best Wishes, SpringMan

Surface Pro 6 from Costco with Type Cover, Stylus and i5 processor......$200 off.
What's the grand total and is it worth getting a membership if you don't have one? Thinking about getting one for my son's xmas present.

I didn’t read the entire thread but eBates has some good extra savings this weekend. Amazon up to 10% cash back in various categories. Also we bought a vacuum from Dyson.com with 10% cash back from eBates.

Yeah I bought a discounted Dyson as referenced in another thread and got 10% on ebates also. I even got $10 of ebates on my $1 a month Hulu subscription.

I rarely have an opportunity to earn ebate dollars.

Got the black Friday special at the mart, Goodyear assurance outlast 80,000 mile tire @$20 off each tire plus free mounting. :D
I know Michelin Defender is what everyone gets on this board, so wish me luck. :D
First 30 miles has been great. :D
Considering the display at the mart for this tire, right next to the 80,000 mile Michelin Defender wonder if Goodyear is going after Michelin with this tire?
They look very similar.
Anyway these tires were $50 a piece cheaper than Michelin Defender and I got free mounting.

wasn't looking, but stumbled across a hulu promotion -- if you haven't been a subscriber for a year (i think) you can sign up for 99 cents a months for the next 12 months. after that regualr price of 7.99. i made a notation in my calendar for 11 months from now; i'll decide then if it's worth keeping.

also wasnt looking, but saw an instant pot at costco store -- 6 quart 9 in one for $35 off. i may go back tomorrow and get one -- everyone who has one seems to love it.

$60 annual Costco membership. $799 + tax for all three Microsoft items. Least expensive I've found so far. Good thru Cyber Monday.

Good luck.

Lenova ThinkPad 480 or Carbon X1 (5th gen) for either 40% or 50% off.

https://lnv.gy/2qOu2uy

Not sure which one quite yet. The Carbon X1 is for the prior generation so the stated discount is not reflective of the street value. The current gen goes for a bit less than full retail.
Ended up getting a ThinkPad 480 for my daughter (i5, 8 GB RAM, 500 GB SSD) for $670. Might be overkill for a 3rd grader but I wanted a well-rounded machine with a durable chassis that can play the occasional game or two, and will last till middle school. Models designed specifically for the educational market were too flimsy (lot of ABS plastic or too much flex in the screen lid) or looked too gamer-ish with the rainbow LEDs and aggressive styling.

Only $5 ebates for me. I guess they reduced it. :(

Put your $1 per month on discover, and they probably waive it as deminimus balance. You just got paid $5 to get hulu.

Was about to signup with Hulu but I refuse to give them my date of birth.

I guess I will let my wife fill out the form. She usually doesn’t remember my birthday.

Got some great bargains on some moderately expensive items that I need to purchase anyway. That's the approach I take. I'm only going to buy things on sale that I would have bought anyway, even if not on sale.
