Duke Energy (electrical utility) in North Carolina has been required by the state legislature to get more people on solar (clunky summary.) Someone from Brio Energy out of Provo Utah came by to give us a quote and so forth.
I looked them up on BBB and have had quite a giggle reading the negative reviews, but I'm hoping to get some feedback from any fellow Bogleheads who are familiar with them. They seem to work in multiple Western states, especially the Rockies, Texas, Florida, South Carolina, and now North Carolina.
Our house is sited appropriately for solar, and we'd like to do this at some point, so we're asking specifically about Brio.
