Do you monitor your kids' SSNs? Do you just use credit karma, or...? Anything else that I should be doing to protect her identity/privacy?

What if you're in a state that doesn't have a law mandating that parents can freeze their childrens' credit?

How would a child have a credit history? My son was 21 and applications for his credit report drew a blank. He had a job and a bank account, and no credit card.

Will ALL the major credit agencies freeze my baby's account if my info. was stolen as part of the OPM breach?
