Recently I replaced one of my Hunter PGP head from HomeDepot, it was messy but doable for klutz like me. However, one of the older heads is a Toro Super 700 that is only doing about 180. I need it do to 360.
Here is the pdf: http://www.toro.com/irrigation/res/smtu ... 700_gb.pdf
I was able to remove the cap, but not sure how to adjust the arc or diameter. Does it need a special tool? I'm not sure if the Hunter key would fit. My backup plan is to replace it with a $10 Hunter PGP but it seems to be a waste.
Please be explicit in your instructions since I'm not a weekend warrior at all. Thanks.

Yes, you'll need a Toro key.
Here are instructions for installation and arc adjustment: http://www.turfcare.ca/documents/manual ... Manual.pdf

Re: Toro Super 700 Sprinkler head adjustment
Thanks. That is a much better pdf than the one I found. At least now I've a better idea for adjustment.
I guess the tor key is different from the Hunter key?
I even did a search on eBay but to no avail.

Looking at the picture, not sure if a flat head screwdriver would work.

It looks like all the adjustments for increasing the arc/diameter is the same, clockwise up to 330.

A small flat head screwdriver should work. That's what I use for similar adjustments on Orbit and Rainbird sprinklers. In fact, the PDF from turfcare.ca says a small screwdriver can be used for the arc adjustments in the instructions at the bottom of page 3.htdrag11 wrote:Looking at the picture, not sure if a flat head screwdriver would work.
