Bluetooth Ear Piece

Post by Leesbro63 » Tue Aug 27, 2013 7:37 pm

My BlueAnt Q2 Bluetooth earpiece just conked out (battery dies after 10 minutes) after about a year of use. It's been good, but should have lasted longer. And the reviews for the new Q3 are only fair from what I've seen. What is the best device (for use with iPhone 5) out there? I am willing to pay a premium for the best device.

Jawbone. I have the BlueAnt Q2 and had a Jawbone ERA (wife lost it  ). A/B tested both on both Galaxy GS3 and iPhone 5 and the conclusion is the Jawbone is a slightly better headset. The conversation is slightly clearer and the noise cancellation is slightly better.

After trial, error and wasted money I finally found a Bluetooth headset that I can use. It's an Etyblu: It fits my ear where the Jawbone would not and it sounds great to both my callers and myself even when I'm walking in the wind. It ain't cheap, I think I paid $90. I use it with a Galaxy S2 but it ought to work just fine with an iPhone.

Plantronics M50 ,it is not their top of the line with all the bells and whistles but it is perfect for my needs, great battery life, comfortable does the job and for 30 bucks at Amazon you can't go wrong,
It is the number 2 seller at amazon behind the LG730 ,very nice unit ,my wife uses that one,not for me wraps around the neck :happy ... UTF8&psc=1 ... 07776011_1
