Maybe their new IT HQ?

There are some big bond desks out there. Banks have beeN moving there operations there from NYC.
Former brokerage operations & mutual fund accountant. I hate risk, which is why I study and embrace it.

Headline I saw (could not see article behind paywall) implied this was simply to consolidate existing operations inCharlotte area.
When you discover that you are riding a dead horse, the best strategy is to dismount.

I believe Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Truist are among major banks which maintain a substantial presence in Charlotte.
