There must be an increase in demand. How are LendingClub et al. handling this?

Does anybody here still do P2P lending? How have your P2P portfolios behaved?

I dug up my Propser account info a few months ago. I hadn't done anything with it in years, but it was on auto-pilot to invest the existing funds in new tranches.

My return was something around 4%.

I used LendingRobot a few years ago and invested about $5K into it. I stopped the auto re-invest a while ago and slowly have been taking $ back out. I don't like like the idea of it and I have a few seller financed properties that I get $ from that I can actually foreclose on...if needed.

I didn't have too many defaults...mostly in the beginning...but not recently.

There may be increased demand, but Lending Club for one doesn't seem to be interested in it, at least on the retail side. Lately they've been posting around 20 loans per day. If anything, it appears that they are winding down the retail channel.
