You would get more responses if you listed the expense ratio for each fund, but these two are the only ones you need based on the criteria in your OP.

Vanguard Inst Tot Intl St Mt Ix Tr
Vanguard Instl Tot Stk Mkt Idx Tr

The mix is up to you, but anywhere from 20 to 40% international is in the realm of reasonable. After that, any tilts you make towards small or large cap are really up to you. No one can really say one way is better than the other.

If you wanted to do a 3 fund type portfolio, add in some bonds:
Vanguard Inst Tot Bd Mkt Ix Tr

Let me preface this by saying this is not the classic Boglehead-approved advice. If you want that, I’m sure every other post on this thread will point you in the right direction.

But it sounds to me you like are young and risk-taking, much like myself. So this is what I would recommend:

35% Vanguard PRIMECAP
35% Vanguard Small Cap Index
30% Vanguard FTSE AW xUS Small Cap Index

It’ll be quite the choppy ride, but if you can stick to it, I’m confident you will be happy with the results 30 years down the line.
